Key responsibilities:

  • direct search - source the best candidates for our positions from LinkedIn, Goldenline & other career networks
  • writing, formatting and publishing our job ads, making sure they appear in the correct channels and are up-to-date
  • supporting AirHelp employer branding activities (organizing events and setting up the cooperation with different institutions, participating in job fairs)
  • initial screening, interview scheduling, pre-interviews
  • supporting in management of our talent pool


The role might be for you if you…

  • have recruitment experience or strong willingness to develop in that area
  • have educational background related to human resources management, psychology, sociology (preferred)
  • are fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • are self-driven, open-minded and have proactive attitude
  • show the ability to prioritize work under pressure and tight deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • are able to join our team immediately
