As Airhelp continues to grow rapidly and is currently dominating the air compensation scene (following San Francisco’s Y Combinator), we are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team in Gdansk, Poland or Berlin, Germany on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager or Senior Product Manager that will lead product development efforts on Customer Communication process and tools within the Customer Service Tools Platform team working to create frictionless and engaging communication with Airhelp’s customer base. You will define the product requirements, pursue customer research, analyze customer service agent’s performance and problems and bring clear and simple to use tools to life for our team. You will develop unification of Airhelp’s service ‘voice’ across all support channels including Facebook messenger, Twitter, email, sms, phone calls and real time chat systems. Above all, your work will impact the way our customers experience Airhelp.
