Key Account Manager

The role

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to be a part of servicing the important B2B partners we work with. The role covers a key business responsibility in ensuring partner happiness, as we build the AirHelp platform which will – and already is - truly disrupting the global flight compensation industry. You will work closely with our VP of Account Management, and you are expected to take full, independent charge of the tasks assigned, and that you will approach them with passion, enthusiasm and a strong sense of urgency.

You will be part of our Account Management team, and responsible for managing the bridges between AirHelp and our partners. AirHelp employees live in many different countries, and our partners are located globally. As Key Account Manager, a typical week might include:

  • Build strong relations with existing partners
  • Performance reporting to partners
  • Business analysis for areas of improvement
  • Troubleshooting
  • Coordination between AirHelp stakeholders – and partner stakeholders
  • Represent the partners in internal meetings

You have had previous experience with B2B relations management
