French Speaking Social Media Specialist

We need someone with a passion for travel action. AirHelp is the AAA of the skies and we’re looking for a French Social Media Specialist who is well-versed in air travel and can grow our followers, engage and retain them. The end-goal being to lead them down the conversation to become not only our customers, but active fans and promoters of AirHelp. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Engaging and monitoring social media community via responding to direct messages and comments appropriately and accordingly.
  • Monitoring social media activity related to flight disruptions on daily basis.
  • Engaging with passengers, help and educate them in terms of passengers rights.
  • Giving assistance to anyone that contact us by social media
  • Detecting and giving rapid responses to brand placement opportunities in social media.
  • Collaborating with operations team to providing the right answer to the customers who are enquiring on social media for difficult and very specific cases that you cannot solve by yourself


You have:

  • 1 year experience in social media marketing and community engagement
  • Experience with customer service will be a plus
  • Must be an avid social media user with a tight grasp on the various platforms
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple social media, prioritizes tasks and collaborate with others
  • You can work independently
  • Bachelors in Marketing or Communications preferred
