We are looking for a passionate Product Manager or Senior Product Manager that will lead product development efforts on Cockpit, our internal operations tool that hundreds of customer service agents use. You will define the product requirements, pursue customer research, analyze agent’s performance and problems and bring clear and simple to use tools to life for our team. You will develop tools and optimize workflows for our internal team of hundreds of agents. You will work hand-in-hand with your team of designers and developers to constantly find execute improvements having high commercial impact.
Experience developing internal products a huge plus.
Be the voice of the customer service team and the driving force behind product innovation from in-depth product understanding to feature development through user research and analysis.
