Product Manager Internal Tools

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager or Senior Product Manager that will lead product development efforts on Cockpit, our internal operations tool that hundreds of customer service agents use. You will define the product requirements, pursue customer research, analyze agent’s performance and problems and bring clear and simple to use tools to life for our team.  You will develop tools and optimize workflows for our internal team of hundreds of agents. You will work hand-in-hand with your team of designers and developers to constantly find execute improvements having high commercial impact.

Experience developing internal products a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep sense of who our customer and become empathetic to their needs. You find ways to solve their problems with our value proposition.
  • Optimize all our consumer interactions (sign-up funnel, payment funnels, etc) to bring impactful changes to our overall conversion.
  • Inform and build feature roadmaps, identify critical path to success, and unblock any potential problems while delivery value to our customers.
  • You will be the sole aligning force in a team of engineers and designers. You speak their “language” whether it’s in writing code or in designing beautiful interfaces.
  • Execute on features that bring value to your main stakeholder(s) as well as foresee future product trends while optimizing existing products.
